Meet the world’s strongest family who are so obsessed with their strength and building muscle.
Pro power lifters Nick Best and his wife Callie have dedicated their lives to adding massive amounts of muscle to their superhuman frames, a practice that is already being carried on by their two young children. TLC’s My Crazy Obsession lends a peek inside the extraordinary lives of the buff foursome who dub themselves “The World’s Strongest Family.”
By all appearances, Dylan, 11, and Jessica, 5, may seem like your average kids, but given free range at the gym, the two are able to lift twice their own body weight without breaking a sweat.
Dylan’s ability to deadlift more than 140 lbs of weight takes his commitment to fitness to a whole new level. The aspiring strength trainer expresses his fervor for his daily weight lifting routine by saying,
It’s like my coffee in the morning, if I don’t do it, I don’t feel right.
Even more dedicated to carry the family’s fitness heirloom is Dylan’s 6 year old sister, Jessica, who her parents claim to be able to lift around 100 pounds, a whopping double of her own 46 lbs frame!
In addition to their strenuous weight training, The Best family makes it a point to have an extraordinary calorie intake every day and claims to consume around 120 eggs every week!
